Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered within the agreed timeline without valid reason
  • Delivered work does not meet the specified requirements
  • Technical issues on our platform prevent service delivery
  • Duplicate payments made in error

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed and delivered projects that meet specifications
  • Services where work has already commenced (partial refunds may apply)
  • Changes in client requirements after project initiation
  • File downloads that have been successfully completed

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us through the platform or email within 7 days of payment
  2. Provide your order/payment ID and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

4. Partial Refunds

For projects where work has partially commenced, refunds will be calculated based on:

  • Amount of work completed
  • Resources already allocated to the project
  • Time invested in project planning and development

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel projects under the following conditions:

  • Before work commences: Full refund eligible
  • After work begins: Partial refund based on work completed
  • After 50% completion: No refund available
  • After delivery: No cancellation or refund available

6. Payment Gateway Refunds

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Razorpay processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount as per their policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:

  • Request a review by our senior management team
  • Provide additional documentation supporting your claim
  • Seek resolution through appropriate legal channels

8. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent service delivery, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds.

9. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
